Do you accept insurance for counseling services?
We operate as in-network providers for most major insurance plans. We recommend contacting your provider directly to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits.
How can I make my first session as helpful as possible?
Therapy is a team effort and a collaborative process. To make your first session as successful as possible, we suggest: Be open, Be prepared, Ask questions, and Be honest about your feelings.
What should I expect during my initial psychiatric evaluation?
Your first visit is a comprehensive ~60 minute session focused on understanding your history, current symptoms, and goals. This compassionate, expert-led evaluation allows us to build a strategic and collaborative treatment plan tailored to your journey toward clarity.
What is your policy for missed appointments?
We value time and commitment. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled session. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a full session fee, as that time was dedicated solely to your care.
