LMFT, Counselor
Stevie Hardigree
Pauley
I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in painful or repetitive patterns. Many of my clients are insightful and capable, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we identify patterns shaped by relationships and past experiences, and create new ways of relating, coping, and responding. My goal is to help you feel more secure, connected, and in control of your life and relationships.
I specialize in anxiety, relationship dynamics, and trauma. Using Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy, I help clients process distressing experiences, reduce emotional reactivity, and gain a greater sense of calm and control in the mind and body. My approach blends EMDR with relational therapy to support lasting, meaningful change.
My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Science from the University of Georgia, followed by a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Converse University. I have also completed full licensure in the state of Georgia as a Marriage & Family Therapist and received basic level training in EMDR therapy.
